Billy Horschel Stunned By First Look At TGL Stadium: 'This Is Unreal'
Billy Horschel's first impression of the innovative TGL stadium showcases the ambitious scale of this new tech-infused golf league. The eight-time PGA Tour winner, who will represent Atlanta Drive GC, was visibly amazed during his initial visit to the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

"Holy smokes! This is unreal, I mean, this is unreal! That screen!" Horschel exclaimed upon entering the purpose-built arena. The facility features a massive 64 feet by 46 feet simulator screen, complemented by three virtual greens and 3,800 square feet of putting surface.
The TGL, co-founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's TMRW Sports, will launch in January following a one-year delay caused by facility damage. The league format includes:
- Six teams competing
- 15 regular-season matchups
- Season-ending semifinals and finals
- Live coverage on ESPN starting at 7pm ET
Horschel's team, Atlanta Drive GC, includes Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, and Lucas Glover. Their first match is scheduled for January 21 against Xander Schauffele's New York Golf Club.
