Chacarra Seeks New LIV Golf Team As Free Agent After Fireballs GC Exit
Eugenio Chacarra is actively seeking a new team for the 2025 LIV Golf League season after confirming his departure from Fireballs GC. The 24-year-old Spaniard expects to hold meetings during the PIF Saudi International in December to discuss potential opportunities with other teams.
"My contract is up and I am out of Fireballs, but there are other teams and my agent is talking and helping me through," Chacarra stated. He currently sits in 15th place at the Hong Kong Open.

Despite winning LIV Golf Bangkok in 2022 and claiming the Asian Tour's St Andrews Bay Championship, Chacarra struggled in 2024. He finished 39th in the Individual Standings with just two top-10 finishes, landing him in 'The Open Zone.'

Chacarra revealed that injuries impacted his performance in the first five events of 2024: "It was hard for me to compete against the best in the world while injured. After that, I have been playing quite solid. Everyone knows I'm a solid player and when my putts go in, I go low."
Looking ahead, Chacarra remains optimistic: "I am grateful it is back to normal; I can now get back in shape and get my game in shape. I'm excited because I love the game of golf and I love to practice and get better."
