Nelly Korda Claims Seventh LPGA Victory of Season After Thrilling Duel with Hull
World No.1 Nelly Korda secured her seventh LPGA Tour title of the year at the Annika Driven by Gainbridge at Pelican, defeating Charley Hull by three shots.
Despite a shaky start with three bogeys and just one birdie on the front nine, Korda dominated the back nine with five consecutive birdies from holes 11-15 - her longest birdie streak of the year. This impressive run helped her pull away from Hull, who held the overnight lead but struggled to maintain momentum during the final round.

Hull, who led by one shot at the start of the day, posted a mixed round that included early bogeys and couldn't match Korda's back-nine surge. Jin Hee Im made a late challenge but ultimately finished in a tie for second alongside Hull and Weiwei Zhang.

The victory is particularly noteworthy as it marks Korda's successful return from injury, having not competed since September's Kroger Queen City Championship. With only the CME Group Tour Championship remaining in the LPGA Tour season, Korda remains the favorite to cap off her remarkable year with another win.
