Viktor Gyokeres has addressed speculation about following Ruben Amorim to Manchester United after scoring four goals in Sporting Lisbon's 5-1 victory over Estrela.

The Swedish striker, who has now scored 20 goals this season, delivered a remarkable performance including a first-half hat-trick within 42 minutes. This came as Amorim prepares for his final games with Sporting before taking charge at Manchester United on November 11.

When asked about Amorim's departure and his own future, Gyokeres stated: "I'm sad that Amorim is leaving, he's done amazing here. We will do the same job and keep the same faith in the team. We all wish him the best."

Regarding potential interest from Manchester United, the £80 million-rated forward was direct: "I don't know [if I will join United in the future]. I'm here, and as you can see, I enjoy it. It's nothing I think about."

Gyokeres's impressive goal-scoring record, including 43 goals last season, has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool. His proven ability to find the net consistently makes him an attractive prospect for United's rebuild under Amorim.
