Patrick Reed Claims First Solo Victory Since 2021 at Hong Kong Open
LIV Golf's Patrick Reed secured his first individual victory since 2021 by winning the Asian Tour's Hong Kong Open with a three-stroke margin. Reed's impressive performance included a historic second-round 59, followed by a solid 66 in the final round to finish at 22-under par.

The 2018 Masters champion dominated the tournament, at one point building a seven-stroke lead. New Zealand's Ben Campbell finished second, strengthening his bid for a full-time spot in the LIV Golf League next season through the Asian Tour's International Series.
Reed's victory included a spectacular run of four consecutive birdies early in the final round. Despite late bogeys on the 15th and 18th holes, his lead was never seriously threatened.
After the win, Reed commented: "Nothing like coming to a place that I know pretty well and love the golf course. I love how it makes me think about golf shots and you have to be creative around this place."
The tournament results impacted the International Series standings, with current leader John Catlin's advantage over second-placed Campbell shrinking to less than 90 points. Japan's Kazuki Higa finished third at 18-under, while England's Justin Rose tied for 18th at 13-under.
The Asian Tour season concludes with two remaining events: the International Series Qatar and the PIF Saudi International at Riyadh Golf Club in December.
